Yeh because all the successful people work a 9-5 job......

trying to do the least possible and not getting fired....

Every successful person I know is either brilliant or has a tremendous work ethic.

If I had to pick one of the two, I would pick the work ethic because I know successful people who have brilliant people working for THEM!
