I wake up every morning at 5am

I do a 10k run followed by vinyasas
I drink a litre of warm water with lemon and a himalayan pink salt
I then take a 5 minute cold shower
I meditate for 15 minutes
Spend 10 minutes updating my gratitude journal
I then write down all my goals for the day.
I go to work. Take a s**t. Do Wordle and then spend the rest of the day clicking on links on the Daily Mail sidebar of shame.
