Has anyone in the world, ever, needed Numbers not to be Locked ? If I find out who

Unlocked the numbers …..
And can someone please refill the stapler?
So when it ran out, did it run out at exactly the time you’d finished all that needed stapling? Or did something go without being stapled, just because you couldn’t be arsed to refill the bloody stapler? FFS
