Big Brother is really watching you ....

and it could be your neighbour /workmate /or anybody who doesn't like you

I'm not saying speeding is acceptable which it is not but everyone at sometime breaks a rule of the road and its usually by mistake , but having a app that will record and report 21 offences , you just need a computer the other end automatically sending out notices of intended prosecution and you have a cash cow
