Seems about normal progress tbh

These things are rarely quick unless there’s a reason to cut corners. We’re not a distressed sale.

We don’t know when the process started, or how far along with it all they are, or what other moving parts there are.

Any ‘delays’ are more likely to be buy side than sell side, especially if there are funders involved (banks being more than a little cagey of late).
