Well Mark Chapman gets paid £250K according to the info they release

He's perfectly competent and I don't think that him replacing Lineker would have a big impact on either the quality or the veiwing figures of MOTD. presumably he'd want to be paid a bit more than his current salary but he'd still be cheap compared to Lineker.
