she was asked about whether the BBC is impartial, and her view was that it is, but that it's attempts to be impartial make it appear not to be at times.

Her view was that trying to attach equal merit to both sides of every argument sometimes doesn't come across the right way.

Could be bollocks. I dunno. Just repeating what she said.
