Mikey the thing is we live in a democracy which means....

probably more than 50% of the time you will hate something the government/Politicians do...

Also you have to accept that other people have different opinions.
You may be 100% convinced you are right but so are other people.
I could be wrong but I think some polls show that a majority of people in the UK agree with the governments stance on immigration. (even if they don't approve of some of the methods)

Even the most lefty lefts of us have to agree the reality is that people coming across the English channel are purely economic migrants entering the country illegally, jumping the line in front of people in real need.
(people who are genuinely fleeing persecution or war)
