I do think we underestimate the importance of getting lucky post promotion too.

I genuinely think that we got no luck the last two times we went up.

Highly unlikely, but a slender chance imoo (in my optimistic opinion) that the likes of (at least some of) Sara, Nunez, Dowell, Andy O, Gunn, Sargent, idah, Tzolis blossom with a decent and surprising run of results.
If that could be coupled with an Indian summer swans songs for Pukki, McLean, onel and Krul we could finally, become a surprise package.

Not sure any amount of tweaking, year on year, would make us 'ready' - so just work on going up, if possible, and hoping the stars align.
