David Wagner’s press conference will commence at 1️⃣1️⃣am.

DW: “Max had to have some stitches, but he is fine. Teemu Pukki should train today and if he does then he will be in the squad tomorrow.”
DW: "Kieran has a knee injury, he will be out until the second part of April. We wish him all the best and will support him to get back on the level that he has shown."
DW: “Dowell’s injury happened after five minutes. It was after the chance he had early on. I was surprised when he said that he had a problem with his knee. We got a scan and now we have identified the issue.”
DW: “We don’t have to discuss Kieran’s contract now. It is about getting him healthy.”
DW on CCFC: “They have won their last two games without conceding. We are aware of everything we need to know and have let the players know. We respect the opponent, but focuses on ourselves.”
DW on Núñez: "Apart from the goal, he played very well, he worked very hard. As a manager, I liked his second goal more, a proper number 10 run - a goal where there was strategy and plan behind it.
DW on Nunez: “He didn’t play in the central position very often. He deserves every praise, but he must do it consistently.”
DW on Sarge: "We have hope that he will be back before the international break but not tomorrow and probably not Millwall."
DW on Sara: "Since we arrived in the building, Gabby has been fantastic. He needed one or two games to adapt to a role that I think fits him perfect. The numbers he delivers in terms of his work is great, he's technically very good, aggressive but with more to learn."
DW: “Gabby has been fantastic. The numbers he delivers is great. He is technically very good and aggressive. This is the heart of the team, and if this heart lives, then we have every chance to be competitive.”
DW on Tzolis: "It was a wonderful moment for him, and for us. It was a typical Christos Tzolis goal, we see that movement all the time in training. Give him and us time."
DW on Tzolis: “His goal was massive for him and us. It was a typical Christos Tzolis goal and I’m so happy for him. It’s a long-term project, he is very young. Give him and us time.”
DW on Idah: Apart from the goal or assist he missed, it was a top striker performance. He worked unbelievably hard, link-up play was good, hold-up play was good - right runs in behind."
DW on Idah: “Adam had two good goal scoring opportunities. This was now his third start and they were all over 90 minutes. He gets better in every game, so I’m happy. He told me he’s only started 13 games for NCFC and three of these were in the past week.”
DW on home wins: "For us, and for the supporters, they hadn't won since October either. It was important for them to feel that if we're all together, we'll get these wins over the line. It gives us the confidence to say we'll do it on Saturday as well."
DW: “We deserved the win (on Tuesday) and scored a brilliant third goal. It was important for the supporters to know that if we invest everything then we can get the wins over the line.”
DW: "Whatever we face, we have to prepare for it. If they press high, we prepare for it. If they sit in a low midfield block, we'll prepare for it. I give all of my energy, and I have a lot of it, to the players and how to adapt to the situation."
DW: “We looked in detail at the squad. Do we have the feeling from the outside that we can play our identity and style? Yes, this group can perform on another level. Stuart (Webber) knows me and the squad. That’s why I’m sitting here.”
DW: “We are still developing and improving. It’s a very open minded group and they recognise when they have done something wrong. They like to correct it and this is special.”

That concludes David Wagner’s press conference for today.
