I think it’s always been clear he hits the 30%….

I presume MB has consulted someone that knows on the actual relevant question, which is whether the rules apply if those shares are acquired via a new issuance of shares, rather than by buying existing shares.

I’m sure he’s done his research and so has effectively confirmed the answer in his article.
