Interesting Perspective - Ta....

As a traditionalist (aka old fart) I am appalled by most forms of limited over cricket, especially the really short time stuff which gives absolutely no time to the craft required in building an innings. Bang, Crash, Wallop - Ugh.

The 100 in particular I hate, but I (reluctantly) take on board your point about it introducing the game to a new younger audience who may then learn to appreciate the 5 day game. Fair enough....

I will also admit to going to 20/20 game at Edgbaston during the Commonwealth Games. Australia Women v Pakistan Women (I bought the tickets thinking it was Men's 20/20 - Doh) and enjoying it. Maybe there is slight hope for me.
