Tons of stuff in the casino is legally beatable from bonus slots to hole carding, shuffle tracking to ace steering and edge sorting.
Many people think continuous shuffling machines are unbeatable. Not true but I won't go into details on the lesser known techniques but as an example some machines leave marks on the cards which can be read.
As the decks are rarely "boxed" by hand before being placed in the machine it leads to a huge edge.
