few years ago I just decided it was probably for the best in the long run...

I always had sugar in teas & coffees but could drink both fine without, so it made sense to drop it. I drink a lot of caffeine too, so it would've added up in my future less mobile days. Don't miss it and can easily 'treat' myself without consequence. I ditched sugar from porridge too for a good while but am currently back on it. I can quit any time I want, says the sweet tooth...
