A meeting of Norwich City Football Club PLC shareholders was held at Carrow Road on Monday evening.

Formal business on the night was limited to two resolutions, with shareholders being encouraged to vote via proxy in advance of the meeting.

The meeting lasted approximately 10 minutes, with shareholders voting in favour of allowing the board to allot and issue 194,512 new shares in the football club.

The board will now work through the legal and regulatory process with a view to issuing a further update in due course.
