This is poor journalism...

These stories are just so lopsided.

They talk about people who cannot afford the house/rent prices but if this was true across the board then prices would come down dramatically.
The empty places will drive prices down naturally.
There are clearly a vast majority who can afford the prices and are paying.
But that doesn't make an interesting story.
