It’s not so much culling for the sake of it

It’s starting with a blank sheet of paper, rather than what we seem to do now and try to keep adding in and hoping it somehow all works out. Some of the names will be ones we already have but if you look at most of our recent signings - even if they’re potentially good, what exactly are they supposed to be in the bigger scheme - that feels like it’s been missing for a season and a half now, and potentially even further back.
