I don’t know about you Camcan, but when we sold Maddison…

I thought we could be in for a really tough season and potentially the wilderness for a while, but actually it was the start of 1 of the 2 best championship seasons I can remember!

I know we don’t have someone to sell that will generate the cash he did, but maybe we’ll get a bit of positive news on the cashflow front following the meeting this week. Football is a funny old game, unlikely lightening will strike twice and we’ll be transformed for next season, but if you can’t cling to a little hope, what’s the point in being a football fan?

I think the worst thing we could do is to try and patch up the existing squad. Of course it depends on being able to get rid of some of the ones that are still in contract, but without considerable squad turnover, it’s hard to see how next season will be any better.

A long winded way of saying I agree.
