Make it a closed league like the NFL and let them franchise the s**t out of it. Kick those clubs out of domestic leagues and let everyone else crack on with a more level playing field.

I haven’t worked out a fair way of dealing with transfers yet, to stop super league money distorting the proper leagues and artificially inflating transfer values. Maybe some form of league tax that is then distributed around the proper leagues?

Put salary caps and transfer spending limits on the proper leagues so that clubs can only ever be self funding.

Never going to happen but I do think it all needs burning to the ground.
