Burnley were very good yesterday

But I didn't think the game was as easy to judge as some (or the scoreline) suggest. The 2nd half was played out against the backdrop of the score - at 3 0 they were very well organised, and shut us down effectively. If you let in goals like that, there will only be one outcome, and the pattern of the game is dramatically affected. Couldn't see the penalty shout from where I was sitting. The 1st half was more indicative because only one goal in it (and that, a f**king silly goal) - and I thought ultimately we shaded the first half, and deserved to go in at 1 1 - which would have been a very different atmosphere. We had one very good chance - and I don't recall krul having to do anything much (in the whole game actually - there were v few open play chances on either side). So I saw it as a game in which the goals made a huge difference (yes, I know that sounds silly) but the goals themselves were frustratingly soft. Maybe 2 1 Burnley would have been a fairer reflection.
And Krul is beyond hopeless at the moment.... can't help wondering whether our corner malaise has him at the heart. Why can't he f**king catch???
