He really didn’t

He didn’t make much of an impact until the start of our prem season.

Buendia looked exceptional 18/19, Cantwell looked decent possibly with potential. You could count on one hand the number of NCFC fans that would have expected him to start at anfield. He looked like he could be really good for the first 6 months of the prem season (until the covid break).

From there it went sour, as you say, although he managed flashes of being good the following season, yet still very much in emi’s shadow, and nothing after that.

He’ll do alright, I’m sure. He’s not a bad player by any stretch.
