Morning DD, I’m sure you are familiar with it but have heard Keith Jarrett’s Köln Concert?

It’s not my usual taste in music but I love it. Actually a clothing rep suggested it to me years ago and sent me a cd which was resident in my car for years. Ended up playing it a lot when visiting my mum in her final few weeks and I suppose it has a connection to that time for me. Anyhow, the concert had a bit of a back story with illness, the wrong piano and other problems, but turned out to be one of the biggest jazz releases of the year (apparently)
It’s quite haunting in places, technically amazing, got some brilliant rhythmic under currents, and a lot of light and shade. Not sure if I’ve mentioned it before, probably have , sorry!
