FWIW they were cleared and paid as there were no device laws.
Now you don't even have to be at the table as certain casinos have a live camera overhead of the wheel. The computer measures the ballistic speed of the ball and the wheel in the opposite direction. it can calculate the most likely numbers to hit pretty quickly.
