When faced with two legal, acceptable options for organising a persons tax affairs

I’ve no problem with anyone taking the lower tax option.

However, I’m not keen on anything that obviously isn’t in line with the spirit of the law, even if legal.

Actually, over the last 10 years, the government has done a good job of cracking down on those things that sit in that space.
