1. Putting cash into a business literally does increase its value pound for pound. Unless my grasp of maths is wrong, £1 is always worth £1.
2. Nominal value is irrelevant and that’s why I’ve only referred to subscription price or market value.
3. I specifically mentioned the minority holding point.
