No neither am I

I doubt if the motive is primarily financial - the sum involved is nowhere near enough to be transformative. I guess it's more about succession planning, and what that is will become clearer when we see who has bought the shares. Personally I'm all in favour of M & D retaining ultimate control for as long as they feel competent to exercise it.
