I've found a fag packet in the bin

Current shares allotted: 616,193
M&D hold 327,309.
So they have 53% & control.

In the future 810,705 allotted
So the 327,309 = 40% & no control.

So are they possibly giving up their majority?

Or is this ill-informed bollocks?
