I went to France in 2016 for the euros

I just applied through the UEFA website when the window opened 12 or so months before. Got tickets for 3 games and planned my holiday around where they were. I didn’t get any England tickets though. If you specifically want to see England I would imagine you’d need to join the supporters club but even then the chances of tickets might be small

Personally I’d avoid England fans abroad altogether. If you want to visit Germany and watch some football just get tickets for other games
