Of course motivation is a big part....

but you can't motivate players without giving them very clear instructions on their role.

It couldn't be more clear that our tactics are completely different, look at how the full backs operate, how many players we are getting forward. Playing out from the back, etc.

This is a decent explanation of what we're doing.

No problem you're not interested in that, each to their own.
