I’d say family is the main factor

And where else he gets offers.

Norwich is a good place to be with a family. But I’m sure he’ll go if either:

a) he’s offered a big contract elsewhere that we can’t or won’t match, or
b) he’s offered something near to where he and his missus plan to bring up there family
