tough to organise, or tough to pick your team?

I'm doing one at work (ie one where each player can only be in one team, so you have to have an auction to do it)

haven't even thought about who's worth going for though. Apart from I might try and get that Villa bloke (spanish striker) on the cheap - he scored plenty this year, and they're otherwise a bit light up-front....
