Rest assured most medium to big clubs have global scouting networks now

Many European teams (Spanish and Portuguese to name but 2) have been plundering the South American market for years. Just because other uk based teams may not be scouting there as much as they are in other areas doesn’t mean it is an untapped market I’m afraid.
Even the Ukrainian/Russian teams (prior to the terrible war) were full of Brazilian players.

Personally think it’s a bit of a vanity project.
