It’s all about balance isn’t it

I agree getting people to problem solve snd to think for themselves is a positive strategy.

But the way Smith explained it sounded like he more or less showed the players how the opposition play snd then left them to decide amongst themselves what tactics they wanted to use. But then that’s weird also as I can’t believe the tactics they wanted were how we played!
