entirely by themselves, but rather that you’d given them guidelines within which they had certain freedom. But to coach that requires taking them aside individually even more than if you have a rigid system I would think.

But watching an edited training video really isn’t a sound basis for making judgments on coaching styles.

What I have noticed is the constant message at how important the fans are, albeit in a more positive manner than of recent times. That is also contrived but does indicate they might have learned their lesson there.
