The 12 month thing is just how much compo we pay to sack him

Better 12 months than 24/36 if we need to boot him this time next year.

If he’s any good & we’re worried about poaching, he’ll get a longer deal

I’m not bothered about German or Swiss league performances as we are not playing in those leagues. 🤷‍♂️
