Wagner weaknesses

Just to say I am pleased with Warner’s appointment, certainly when compared with other names that were mentioned. However I was also interested in what went wrong at different clubs so I did a bit of digging around.

The most common critique is that he is tactically inflexible with no plan B and not able to change games during the match. His Shalke team started well but fell away in thr second half of the season and there was the sense they had been found out.

Hopefully he has learned from this but I guess having a clear plan A is better than having no plan at all, which often seemed the case under DS
