We have been s**t and that’s why the manager got booted

We’ve had two games with no manager and bugger all coaching, which suggests the base level of the team (and query wtf Smith was doing of an uncoached team looks little different!)

As long as we pick a half competent manager then we should be able to nudge performance levels up enough to for mid table obscurity.
