Too many (coaching staff included) seem to believe we only need to turn up to get results.

People keep referring back to previous promotions but the majority who’ve played this contributed very little, Pukki, Hanley, Kenny and Max aside. The rest are average Championship players who are either past their best (Krul, Gibson, etc) or haven’t achieved anything.
