Before I ended up watching Dumb and Dumber the other night

I was going to watch one of my favourite horror films The Thing (the one with Snake Plissken in it 😉) only to learn

A. It wasn't free anywhere
B. There's a bloody remake!

Why would you go and f**k up a stone cold classic like that by remaking it, when it's already a remake that got it absolutely right? Is it s**t like it obviously must be?

They'll remake Alien next and take a dump on that legacy too. Wankers.
