2nd place in the Swiss League a negative? He was sacked....

....which seems harsh as Young Boys had won the League the previous 3 years, but is that a negative? Neutral maybe.

Schalke clearly was a total disaster so he has a reputation to remake if he wants to manage at that level again but his Huddersfield team were very good. His background in German and American might be v helpful. On balance I'm ok with him.
