I would add

To number 2 possession based and passing focused (which is maybe implied but important for 'the Norwich way').

And a 5th that s/he knows how to change games with substitutions (Lambo was brilliant at this even if it mainly involved just throwing on more and more strikers) and 6th how to change games tactically (it always amazed me how much Farke could change things with positional tweaks and no subs -mainly in the champs to be fair).
