Coming from a “big” club like Villa

Always seemed like ‘little old Norwich’ was a step down for Smith and should never have been appointed manager, at least so soon after being sacked by Villa and dealing with his dismissal in Las Vegas.

We need a hungry manager who is proven. Sean Dyche fits that but his brand of football can also be hard to watch and may not go down well with fans. Scott Parker plays a more attractive style of play.
