If you look at Dean Smith, Webber and the finance director dude..... (I can't be bothered to look up his name because he is clearly an idiot for making that video)

They all have a common siege mentality of US vs the fans.

It's ironic when Dean Smith talks about the narrative being set, when blaming the fans seems to be the longest running narrative when things go wrong.

What business blames their customers when the produce a poor product that people don't want to buy.
