is not stupid and can read a room pretty well. Dean Smith is a problem, but not the only one and sacking and replacing him is a bit of a sticking plaster job for me. For any club or organisation to be successful it has to be united and well structured, we are definitely not this. This is the most disenfranchised it has felt for a lot of years. The club and local press are not really speaking, the fans are turning and the atmosphere at matches is nonexistent and beginning to get toxic.
Maybe it’s time for a restructure, new blood to start making decisions, because when looking at our executive board it looks stale, tired and a little weak.
Stuart Webber of 2017 would not be accepting of this debacle but we no longer appear to have the 2017 version.
