If what Michael Bailey said is true, it is so frustrating

We have all being assuming that Webber not acting is down to arrogance or stubbornness.

MB said "changing a manager is a lot of work". Basically, he is implying that the reason Webber isn't acting is down to laziness. That, to my mind, is way worse than any of the other reasons people have accusing him of.
