However, what is going to help smith to improve us? Signing better players isn’t going to be an option given our budget is going to diminish with time

I have seen little to suggest he’s going to coach his way there.

So, what’s the point in smith? Maybe I’m overly harsh, I just can’t see what he’s going to do that will turn the slide around.
