Interesting discussion on the radio this morning about why there hasn’t been any hooligan

action at the WC so far

The general consensus was (a) lack of booze + (b) terrifying police + (c) nasty jails = no hoolies

I reckon accommodation costs too, preventing a number of hoolies not travelling.
