Based on what I’ve seen so far

I reckon England are one quite a large collection of mid ranked teams out of the 24. Being generous, maybe low in top 10 (ie 8,9 or 10). And based on what we produced most recently, probably a bit worse than that, somewhere in the 10 to 15 bucket.

Can easily see France going the distance again. Even with some massive players out injured, they look very good. Brazil and Spain the other two stand out teams so far.
