Irena cara

i think fame is an amazing film and certainly pre-dated certain predijcies of homophobia.

the series is even better. irene cara chose not to re-appreaise her role as she wanted to carry on with her musical career. erica gimpel was brilliant and perhaps surpassed irene's role. but irene's voice and her acting was brilliant in the film.
