Its always been some version of "not that good" We are not a loud crowd.

Never have been, I doubt we ever will be.
We have our moments when flying high, and in some big games, we are decent away, but by and large Carrow Road just isn't a loud crowd.

So either we try to manufacture it, i.e. get people to join in who don't at the moment, or just accept it.
We are not a crowd that can be relied on to lift the team out of slump, or create a 90 minute wall of noise.

That will upset a lot of people, but it doesn't make us bad fans by any stretch.
